Knob Creek

Picked up a bottle of Knob Creek a few weeks ago. Pretty good stuff. At 100 proof it is a little stronger than I normally drink (Maker's Mark @ 90). I double up on the ice cubes and it reduces to a strength I can handle.

Love the flavor- just can't tell you what it is...whiskey.:dunno: Anyway, I'll be buying more.

Only had this a few times, but I've enjoyed the Makers better. Good stuff though and I'm still a newb to libations

Damn! Maybe that's what put the thought in my mind to buy a bottle..Thanks for pointing me there. Looks like the Woodford Reserve is the next to try.
