Not the mad fladder!
Picked up a few of these at the local shop. A well constructed robusto with a perfect draw. Flavors were primarily
leather with undertones of cedar, vanilla, and a cinnamon spice. Very
smooth with a creamy finish. Slightly jagged burn and I
did encounter a slight tunneling issue half way through that required a
few touchups. The final inch I started to taste a slight ammonia that
should fade with a few months down time in the humi. Overall I was
pleasantly surprised (not a big CAO fan). This is not a complex cigar;
the flavors remained consistent throughout with only a slight fade of
the spice as the cigar progressed. I paid just under $5 for the stick
and for the price it is hard to pass up. Will be picking up a few
more of these to enjoy as a morning or lunch time smoke.
Sorry for the phone pics!
