Labor Day menu.

So what is everyone cooking this labor day weekend? For us it is just steaks tonight. Tomorrow I am going to smoke a turkey, also smoke some bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos, with collard greens and corn bread to finish it off. I know there has to be a couple more brothers out there that are going to fire up the smoker tomorrow, or today. And what are you going to smoke while you smoke?

today will be omelets with mushrooms, sausage, peppers, onions, cheddar, and a side of salsa. maybe double bacon grilled cheeseburgers for dinner.
