I'm guessing the smaller containers inside the leaf tubs provide humidity to get the leaf to the right case...
Can you show us more or tell us about those smaller containers?
I'm guessing if I learn to set up like that, then while I'm working for the week, the leaf could be slowly coming up to a working moisture content...

Yes. I use clear floral beads in those small KFC side containers with little holes cut in them. (picture) Its a really clean way of doing it. I will adjust the size of tape on the hole. I will mist the inner of the lid. I use a large container to introduce fresh air. The leaf gets over cased so that it can be flattened, sorted and de-stemmed with minimal breakage. The leaf will get dried before assembly.
