I'll be in Vietnam for the first three weeks in March, and I have not been able to find any information about buying cigars over there. There isn't a CdH there and I highly doubt Davidoff has a location.
When i was in Egypt, the airport had a duty free store that sold them, but I was restricted from purchasing them until the last day of the trip. Redundant.
