Liga privada T 52

i picked up some of these after the release event last night and lit it up for a dog walk when i got home. it was a little stronger than the regular liga and burned very well just like the liga. the burn was perfect no touch ups needed. these are great to smoke now and will only get better with some rest and age. i wish that i had bought more and will be going back soon for more.

It was a little stronger and had a bit more spiceness to it I found. I am still on the fence on wether the Liga Privada #9 is better than the t52. I had some cracking which was more than likely from going in and out of the house with the temp. change. Great cigar and nice review

i liked it way better than the lp9s. it was fuller but not as up front spicy as the lp9. to me it was more balanced.

I thought it was very good. I also like it better than the LPno.9. When I smoked the T52 it was only the second time I have had a DE that I really enjoyed.

I like the T52 much more than the #9. It was my favorite cigar of the year out of the show.

Saka will be in Scottsdale friday at Cigar king to chill at a Liga Privada dinner... 50 bux a head and you get a No9 and a t52 for attending... along with a steak dinner!

I and the missus are headed over. This is one event she is as excited about as I am! Woo hoo!

"stalk-cut" Habano SG (a la CBL)

I was wondering what the hell "stalk-cut" habano was. I just picked up one of these and a flying pig at work today. I'll give them a week in my humi to smoke them.

Stalk-Cut is how they Dry the tobacco. Usually they hand haverest each leaf, sort of sew a bundle of leaves together and hang to dry. Stalk-Cut is just that, they cut the whole tobacco stalk down and hang it to dry. From what I was told you get a high quality finished product, but it is more time consuming and there is less yield from each plant when stalk-cut.
