Little Havana, what to see?

Have you been to "little Havana" in Miami to taste cigars? I am thinking of going in March. Anything you think I shouldn't miss?

There's a great article in the most recent issue of Cigar Aficionado about Little Havana, complete with a map and a review of a bunch of places to go...cigar factories, cigar manufacturers, and of course Cuban-cuisine restaurants.

#1 on my list would be Don Pepin's factory, El Rey De Los Habanos.

El Rey de los Habanos, La gloria Cubana, El titan de bronze are all on calle ocho (8th st) Padron is also close by on Flagler. Check out the domino park and the bay of pigs memorial. Grab lunch at any outdoor patio Cuban place and get a cuban sandwich. Or, check out Versailles or any Latin American Cafe place. Get a Cafe Cubano at one of the outdoor places (especially if they have Pilon or Cafe de Llave umbrellas out front.

Honestly there was not much to do at all. Very old looking and run down part of town. Eighth (Ocho) Street is where the factories are located. Pepin and La Gloria Cubana are one city block apart. I ate the best Cuban sandwich a couple doors to the right of the Pepin store and cheap as hell for what I got. Pepin information and address can be found here. http://www.elreydeloshabanos.com/
