Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Check out heartfeltI know there was a Henry tool around that worked well but haven't been able to find one so I assume they are not made any more any one recomend something else?
Thanks for the info. I am glad I got mine from you a couple weeks ago. :applause:Just to let everyone know the Henry's cigar tool is not longer available. I have not been able to contact Henry or the guy that was helping him so I have not been able to get more of his cigar tools. So for the time being they are no longer available.
Nickel, sweet. I am down for one if you ever take on that project.i could probably forge a few out of nickel if any one would be interested ? they would be like the forks you see at the renaissance.![]()
And then you can stick them in the end of the cigar and smoke it into a tiny nub. I second vote these as a plug tool, my other favorite is a rat tail jewlers file, they bore out a nice hole if you twist on them a bit.Go to the supermarket and pick up a pack of bamboo skewers, there cheap and work well.
Just like that is how I do it. As creepy as it indeed might sound. So how do you use a poker device? I'm using a shish-kabob stick for now--do I insert at the head and push towards the foot? (that sounded creepy...)
