I am wanting to capture a youtube video to save on my computer. I now it can be done, because I have done it before. I have changed jobs and had the instructions on my work computer and I no longer have access to it. Thanks in advance for advice.

I have an app at home that works great. And it didn't load my machine full of spyware. Plus it does the conversions on the fly. Remember the deault youtube format is .flv
