  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Lost and Found: Pepper Cream Chocolate Crush

Appearance: Barber pole perfecto (11/18). Minimal veins for but there is a soft spot on an otherwise firm Cigar.
Smell: Anise and must
Cold draw: Roasted coffee beans, and a bit of tobacco sweetness

First third: Dark Chocolate and light White pepper right off the bat. TONS of spice on the retrohale. Anise is in the background and oak comes into play. Spice ramps to 8/10 towards the end of this third. This smoke leaves a lot of spice on the lips.

Second third: Cedar and intense level 10 swee red pepper develops and stimulates the lips heavily as if I were eating hot peppers.

Last third: Grass and hay like sweetness begin to emerge. Notes of green tea in the background. Pepper begins to die down to a 7. Chocolate tried to make a reappearance but quickly faded out.

Final notes: Smoke time was 1hr 15min. Changed flavors throughout the session many times, roller coaster of a smoke. Full flavor stick that will leave your lips numb and craving more. No harshness at all to the very nub. My favorite out of the new releases so far. On a sidenote this cigar looks like a previous Camacho Liberty barberpole stick.

Thanks for the review! I was really down on these after listening to all the bad experiences from the last lost&found release. I bought on pure hype and then had massive buyers remorse. You've got me feeling a lot better about my purchase. I'm back to being excited!

Also, excellent review!

I was going to say that these scream Camacho Liberty to me...except cheaper and not in the Camacho coffins that almost always have mold.
