Lost and Found: Spam Artist

Apperance: Perfecto shape (11/18). Very firm with the little give. Dark brown wrapper. Some larger veins of the wrapper.
Smell: Dry Coco and mustiness
Cold draw: Salt and mustiness, perfect draw.

First third: Plumes of smoke appear. Char barbecue like taste off the bat. Black and sweet red pepper 7/10. Bitter coffee, hints of cashew develope. I swear there was a liver like aftertaste on a few puffs but it faded... Maybe it was the spam infusion?



Second third: (forgot image) Smoky jalapeno and dark woody flavors. Black pepper spice ramps up while the red faded. Second third ends in bitter coffee and spice.

Last third: The smokiness flavor continues. Woody mineral like flavor come into play. Blackpepper remained consistant.



Final notes: Smoke time: 1hr 5min. Pulled some unique flavors from this stick, age has done it well. I wouldn't buy a full 10 pack but maybe 2 or 3 if singles were available. Great draw throughout and ash hung on for 1.5in at a time. No harshness all the way to the nub. Again, with most lost and found the only drawback was price. Med-full

It must be really hot where these are rolled as the flavors that you are describing along with the salt sounds a lot like sweat.... Lol

Interesting, this was the one besides the pepper cream chocolate that I was interested in and it doesn't sound nearly as good as the pigeon. Would have loved to try one but pretty glad I didn't get stuck with 10 of them. Maybe with some additional age the flavors will meld bit more and it will loose the "dark" and "char" flavors and more nuttiness will come to the forefront and it will smooth out...it sounds like it could be a possibility based on my aging experiences.
