Lotus L 20 triple flame?

I like the looks of this lighter and my B&M has a Lotus tabletop triple I am partial to. I am tired of the piece of crap 5$ lighter I got at the B&M when I first started smoking.

That said, for that price, I am sort of bummed how the flame adjust is hidden and needs a tool. But aesthetically, I love it. That triangular shape coupled with the matte black and chrome is pretty dope.
