  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

So I just picked up my first two tins from this company, Navy Flake and Plumcake.

Do you guys have any experience/opinions on this brand or these blends?

I like a lot of the macbarren items.
I am smoking virgina #1 right now.
The navy flake is one of my favorite smokes.

Dark twist is close 2'nd from them.

MacBaren's tend to smoke hot due to the toppings / flavorings on most of them ... so smoke 'em slow in small bowled pipes. They do taste good though, especially with a year or more of age.

I enjoy VA #1, Navy Flake, Dark Twist and Club Blend ... with Navy Flake being one of the few with an aroma that my wife actually enjoys.
