BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Man O' War Ruination Belicoso Review

After the last time I smoked a Man O' War toro, I was extremely sick to my stomach, however I held off spewing. I smoke a lot of Cigars too, Including full body/flavor stick, and I put it down when I started feeling the rush thinking I might avoid the gut rot. I REALLY liked the flavor profile however I guess I just cant handle the strength. Naturally, this makes me a little afraid to try the ruination. Can anyone speak to the strength of these as compared to the original Man O' War?

I have only smoked 2 of them (a robusto and a Belicoso) but didn't have draw issues on either of mine ... maybe yours was a tad wet or something. I did love them, though. When the price drops I'll definitely be in on some robustos.
I've now smoked 4 Ruination belicosos. Perhaps it is the shape, but each one had a tough draw in the first third. I wouldn't label it as an issue, just a tough draw; the cigar is filled to the brim with tobacco, afterall.
I've never smoked the robosto sizes of the Ruination. I'd be interested to see if there are any changes from the belicoso size to the robusto size.

I thought the regular Man o War was just okay, but nothing special (and not worth way you pay for them). But I'm told the smaller sizes, like the corona, are better so maybe I'll try those.
But the Ruination is a totally different animal. I'd recommend that cigar to anyone.

I'm a big fan of the MOW's but have not tried the Ruination yet. I'm waiting for them to come up on one of CI's deals... but I really like the regular MOW's that I have had and think people should give them a try if you haven't!
