MarcL died on March 7th, due to complications following heart surgery, per a post by FmGrowit on the FTT forum.

Thoughts and prayers. He was one of a kind! Always generous with information with the few conversations I’ve had with him. I’m sure he has made an impact on just about every home roller & non home roller who pops in. Many more things I wish I would’ve been able to learn from him. He will not be forgotten & I hope we all can continue forward carrying the torches.

May you have the best tobacco to roll with up there buddy! Make sure to save some for the rest of us!

So MarcL's name was Marc Langanes. He lived in Columbia, MD. He was 57.
