Marinated Skirt Steak

i love fixin those at home. marinate overnight in a secret mixtue, grill em briefly and slice em and eat em on tortillas like fajitas!

I use Mr. Yoshidas Marinade as my base. I also add in some crushed garlic and seasoned salt.

i kinda mix whatever i have. mostly soy sauce base. garlic, cumin, red pepper flake, brown sugar....whatever else strikes my fancy at the time.
i grill mine fairly rare, then let it sit, slice it and throw in back in a hot pan with some of the marinade to soak in just a bit more flavor!
