Maybe I'm just compounding the problem by even caring, but I think we might need some type of quiz or something which you must pass prior to signing up for this board. It could contain questions like:
Are you an idiot?
Do you even smoke?
Are you likely to disrupt the natural flow of the board by completely ignoring all the rules?
....
I find it interesting that his person who is spamming us, has himself employed the spam avoidance technique of using "at hotmail dot com" I propose that everyone email telling him he is an idiot.
Ready ..... GO!
