  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Folks, every year for Memorial Day, my wife and I have a big ol cookout to celebrate w/ friends. This i believe, will be the 5th year of this get together. Each year it has grown, the first year about 20 and last year around 110 or so. It is a very family friendly event with something to do for everyone. Jump houses for kids, food, games, even an ice cream truck visits mid day. Last year we incorporated a live band and it was amazing. I also, for the first time, invited the "guys" from the cigar shop. This year I want to extend the invite to BOTL. I've already gotten many commitments to come up that weekend, which means that we already are going to be better than last year. Bring your wives or significant others as there is plenty to do here (golf, beach, sites,and shopping). My wife and I are going to contact local hotels to get group rates for anyone that is looking to come up and we will post that info in the coming weeks. We typically start partying sometime Friday, and the official event is Monday. You are welcome for any or all of it. I will update the post as we move closer.

OK gents we are about 6 weeks away. I know a few of you are coming, and we would like to have as many as can make it. I will post hotel options this week, and if anyone would like to play golf with a hacker(me) let me know, as I think we will have a couple groups getting out.

OK gents, 2 weeks to go. Anyone looking for Hotels in the area PM me and I can call you with specifics. Anyone local that plans on driving up, lemme know so I can "plan" appropriately. Hope to see many of you and your families as this will be our biggest party yet.
