It seems that the tobacco I'm getting is a little too moist for my tastes. I've been transfering my bulk bags to pint mason jars and sealing them up tightly. I've read arguments on both sides of the vacuum seal issue and it makes sense to just seal them up tightly and not worry so much about getting any real vacuum in the jar.

Air seems to be one of the ingredients for good aging. But what about moisture. I'm assuming that I should just store the baccy in jars with the same moisture content as when they arrived and dry out what I'll use once I crack open the jar.

Any comments? Suggestions?
