Morning smoke.....

When you guys have a day that you can light up in the morning how do you make your selection?


I, for one, give no regard to the remainder of the day. I just pick whatever it is I want to burn and set it ablaze. I think I'll be burning a Camacho Corojo Limited 07/05 this morning.

It depends. I prefer to go for something that I want to really taste: special, old or best cigar is usually first. I alternate between strong & medium, doesn't matter which is first for me.

Though workdays, I'd grab a cheap or new stick to try for the AM, but I'm trying to get out of that habit & go back to one-a-day, after dinner. We'll see how that works out while camping this weekend, lol!

Just grab whatever I'm in the mood for, but I seem to gravitate towards a Partagas Short or a Fonseca No.1, or occasionally an Hdm Epi 1 in the am.

Really anything, but will usually go for a milder cigar. Not a rule of thumb, though.

I'd like to think I'd go from mild to strong, as the day progressed, but I have yet to find time yet to be able to grab a smoke in the morning!

i like flavorful in the morning, so usually a smaller cc if available. they tend to be more flavorful, but not strong. but on the next one, anything goes.

I enjoy a lot of mild sticks, but have found that many are better earlier in the day for some reasen--even if i'm smoking just one. Also, i dont usually want a real nic buzz during the day while i'm on duty, so to speak.

I like something like the Rocky Patel Edge. There a good smoke, especially if you plan to drag off of it later on :smokingme

The morning is the best time to smoke. All the possibilities are open to you. I wouldn't smoke a mild cigar as the 3rd or 4th cigar of the day but can be great morning smokes. Medium full can be smoked any time though.

I usually go for something full and powerful in the morning... love smoking a strong stick with coffee.
