  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Moving To Dallas.

Well, i guess this is life. My dad thankfully got a job offer at Flight Safety Int. @ (DFW arpt.) Which is awesome. After 2 1/2 yrs of unemployment, he and my mom have decided that they must leap on this opportunity. They want him to start August 1st as a maintenance instructor; teaching new workers how to work on/repair the Gulfstream aircrafts. We will be selling our house and my mom, 14 yr old sister, and pop will be moving into the dallas area...

However, as some of you know: My mother is having some major back surgery done in Minnesota in 2 weeks. With that, comes a 6 week recovery. At home, not really able to do much more than get up and walk around once or twice a day.

She will be staying here in Indy until the house sells. My dad and sister (who will be a freshman in highschool) will be down there here in a few weeks looking for a place and probably living in an appt. for a while. I will stay with mom and help her out and keep our current place up and running until college in mid-august when i plan on keeping my plans to go to USI in Evansville, IN. I will most likely be living with them next summer and maybe even transferring to a school in texas. (This brings a great opportunity to herf with all my Texas Brothers!)

He has a guarunteed 15 yrs with the new gig, so this is an amazing opportunity. Getting all moved and stuff will just be a journey.

Thanks for reading guys, and i'll keep you updated. Theres still alot of things that we arent sure how they will work out yet since they want him to start so soon.

God Bless,

Paul

Best of luck with everything. Sounds like it's going to be hectic for a while, but well worth it in the end.

Hey, I'll have my house up for rent in a couple of weeks. 4 BR/2B, and a great pool and spa.
