My Dad turned 70

So I got to cook a pig!!!!:blob::blob: Had about 50 people with BBQ, potatos, slaw, beans, rolls and bannan pudding. That was a lot of work, but fun... got to do it again.

Got to smoke a RP Sungrown Torp once the pig was on and finished the night with a LFD Limitado.

IT is a tons of work to cook for that many. Looks like it turned out good though.

Nice work! You are a good son, I'm sure Pops was happy with that feast. My dad turned 78 yesterday and still going strong...

Had lots of people helping (3 of my brothers, 2 sisters, 3 SIL, a BIL, and of course my Mother). My job was to cook the pig and potatos. I have tennis elbow in both elbows so left the chopping, peeling and tent setup to others.

Everyone had a great time. My Dad really enjoyed it; we only invited those that he wanted there. By the end of it he was glad to see everyone go home so could have his house back.
