NISU is December 1998

The factory code is confusing. Looks like it might be the Holguin factory which would be TTH, but that's odd looking. It might help to see a pic.

It's from a retailer. That's what they say the BC is. NISU TT H2

So you're saying these are from 1998?

Don't know if this helps but they say the packing code is CB-UW-C/L-12,13-S/F-25

It would be Holguín factory; December, 98, but as Kevin said, that's TTH, not TT H2
