Need help on vacation

Hey guys sorry if this is wrong to post( if so mod please delete) but I'm on my way to kill devil hills beach by nags head and was wondering if anyone knew of any b&m shops worth checking out an maybe a lounge area to enjoy a smoke I'll be here for 7 days and only brought 5 sticks so need all the help you can give(usually only smoke one a week but on vacation) but sorry for rambling
