Las vegas is now a non-smoking city. You can only smoke inthe casinos and/or where they are not serving food. That said:

Casa Fuente - Caesers Forum Shops
Booze, top notch cigars, very prttey waitresses
Expensive but worth the vist

Napoleaons - Paris Casino
Old world with leather chairs and fine whiskeys etc. Limited cigars but nice atmosphere

Hardrock Hotel & Casino
Had a second floor place called the living room. QUiet, full bar, cigars acceptable. Right off the high stakes gambling area

Best Kept Secret
Caesars Sports Book
Big open area, all games televised on multiple screens. Place a bet and get a free drink. Lots and lots of small tables with four easy chairs. Cigars always OK. Great place to watch a game, bet on the poneys and smoke a few stogies.

Cigars are welcome in most sports books.

Best I can do. Have fun

A great place is the bar near check in at the Bellagio....high end liquor, piano music, on top of Chuck's recomendations.
I love having at least one cigar at Casa Fuente while in Vegas....not only do you get to check out all the people walking by in the Forum Shops, the cocktail girls are pretty nice too! So far while having a cigar there, I have met Ronnie Brooks of Brooks and Dunn and the comedian, Ron White. I think there is a pic of us with him in the Gallery as well as Chuck, Randy, and I there.
