I tried to use it for a rather large order and it didnt work. Still purchased tue cigar and got the rings so not a total loss

Dang, that's a massive order!

The code would definitely have been helpful with that much.

No idea why it wouldn't work for you, that sucks.

I just used it Saturday on an order of 3 five packs and it worked fine.

Should be getting a ton of cigars at least.

I've used it on every order from them. Try calling customer service or email them. They usually respond to email the same day.

Yeah, hopefully they will even apply it to his order retroactively and refund the amount to him.

The discount on that order is a big chunk of change...

No it was probably my mistake. I wouldn't make a deal of it or expect them to give it back. As much as I order cigars would end up spending it on cigars anyway
