New addition to my household

I am not going to reproduce. So this is my new kid. Rescued him from the Humane Society today! I love persians and he is a LOVE bug, and he was given the lion cut because of knots. Had to share my new love!

I find it sad that there is a need for something like animal rescue.... who the hell does that to pets?

but very inspiring that people are willing to step up and take the animals in...

our oldest dog (13+ years) is a rescue mutt... she was found by the "Dumb Friends League" in Denver with a barbed wire makeshift collar around her neck, eating out of a trash can when she was about 8 months old (vets estimate).. my wife has had her ever since... she has been a great dog....
