New Air 281 Condensation Question

House is at 74 degrees and the room humidity is 48 percent. I noticed a little puddle on the bottom of my Wineador.

If I keep the Wineador at 66 degrees and aim for 65 Humidity, will this be a problem with keeping a stable environment? How can I stop the condensation?

I'd look into something that regulates based on the temp, not time.. budget wise, I'm thinking about this one for mine, but would rather go with the Inkbird (not much more $) This will allow it to cut off and on at certain temp points. Thanks for this. I have not put anything in the winecooler yet for humidity. I wanted to run it for a bit and that when I noticed it a day later. Its got this odd sweet smell when I run it. Its not factory plastic but then again maybe.

Think its a New Air 181. I had a bit of condensation going on last summer so I unplugged the drain and hooked up a hose that runs into a distilled water jug below the unit.
