I was under the impression that while seasoning I should get the rh up to 80%, then put my beads in, let the RH settle down and then add stick. I am wrong in my thinking.

I think you should be good to take the DW out and begin to let it settle down. What RH are you aiming for? That moisture needs to soak in as deep as possible.

I think the bowls are fine, and the RH being in the 80s is what you want. I’m not sure why you have the 69 bovedas in there, they are counterproductive to the seasoning at this point. The 81 reading is only the RH in the air inside the wineador. That is what is seasoning the wood drawers. That wood is thirsty and is going to need some time to become charged up with enough moisture to be where you want. I don’t think four days at that RH is enough to properly season the wood shelves and drawers. I’d let it go for a week at the very least. If you stop too early, they are going to still want to absorb moisture until the whole system is in equilibrium. That moisture is going to come from your cigars.

10-4. Boveda 69% removed, Boveda 84% X2 returned as well as the bowls of DW. Looks like I am going to go with a Tupperdor for the next week. Thanks
Maybe two. Personally, I would then put in your 65 beads, and let it sit like that for a week to make sure it’s dialed in to that.

I have the same new air. It took 3 days to season. (There is only 3 shelves and 2 drawers) I just put 2 lbs of HF 65 beads in there. Holds humidity between 65 and 67. Been running for a year like that. Put distilled water on half the beads once a month.

I have 4 large Heartfelt tubes in my Newair cc300, 2 on the bottom, 1 in the middle and 1 near the top. I am getting an Rh variance of around 6%, being higher on top. The tubes were put in dry. Is this normal or common in wineadors?

Yea, most of use rig some type of internal fans to move the air around. I'm using computer slot fans, one directed at the cold plate to reduce condensation. I'm also using a timer, on for 10 minutes every hour or so. Lots of different options limited only by how creative you want to be. The slot fans are cool because I Velcro them to the back of the unit and they do not take up any shelf space.

Do you have one you recommend and where would suggest putting it? With the Heartfelt Tubes I assume they can take a little time to get the RH into is set range. Right now I’m getting Rh readings of 70% at the top. 68 in the middle, and 64 on the bottom.

I'm not sure there is any one correct way to do it. Lots of people have had good solutions to the problem. Maybe start a thread and solicit the forum's ideas. I use 2 - 24v computer slot fans because I had a 24 v power supply and a 24 volt programmable timer.

Do you have a recommendation for a timer? I’m having difficulty finding one. I ideally would like to run the fan for 5-10 minutes every hour.

Baomain 1 Pcs CN101 DC24V Digital LCD Programmable Timer DC 24V 16A Time Timer Relay Switch

$8.79 at Amazon

This way I was able to use the same 24 volt power supply to run the fans and the timer. They make a 12vdc model if you want to run 12 volt fans and have a 12v power supply
