Yesterday was the official "soft" opening of the new B&M in Hammond, Called "Boutique de Fume'e", looks like things may be moving up. Prices are reasonable, selection is somewhat limited so far but it appears that they are increasing their selection. The biggest problem is a no smoking ordinance in the city. Looking to get an exemption to the ordinance to have a smoking lounge.
