New California Cell Phone Law - July 1st 2008

To all my fellow California brothers out there. I'm not sure if you are aware or not but on July 1st there is a new cell phone law. It requires that you use handsfree (headset, etc.). Here's the official link for reference:

i know you can buy them here but I'm not sure they are legal.

If you can buy them they are legal, at least the basic types. right now VA is the only state to outlaw them entirely so you can't find them in stores and internet sites won't ship to the state.
