Hello fellow BOTL, name's Reid from Houston, TX. I have been enjoying cigars off and on for a couple of years and have recently began to consider them a hobby. I have been doing lots of reading, shopping, bidding, etc to expand my palate and grow my stash. I visit a couple B&M's here in town on occasion after work, That Cigar Place and Cigar Towne. Love both these shops and the people I've met at them. So far I am really enjoying diving into this new hobby of mine, looking to continue to grow my knowledge of the craft and meet some good brothers (and sisters) along the way. I have found that I really enjoy medium/full cigars, I've enjoyed a few Gurkha, Don Pepin, 5 Vegas, Padron, Valeroso, Sosa, Tatuaje, RP, La Palina. I try to get samplers to keep a good variety. I enjoy lancero's a lot but have only tried a few (Valeroso makes a GREAT one). If you're in the area I would love to sit down and share a cigar and some stories. Looking forward to getting a taste of the brotherhood :thumbsup:
