New project - cigar punch

Some may have seen my cigar pen post a few months back and saw that I do some wood working on a small wood lathe. Here is my newest creation. I have given a few out to some friends and one today when I met Mr. Jonathan Drew on lunch at a local lounge.

It was a great meeting you today Jonathan and thank you for the L40, Undercrown Robusto & the Dirty Rat hat! That was awesome and very generous!

This is a keychain cigar punch. This one is made using Kingwood.

I plan on making more.

The punch screws into the cap on the key ring and their is a button on the other end to pop out the plug.

Oh that makes sense. From the pic I thought the button was the punch end. Very cool.

Yeah, that's pretty sweet. How well do you think it'd hold up? My cheapie punch that is on my key chain gets beat to hell by virtue of being carried in my pocket.
