  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Greetings all, I am a new cigar smoker. Active duty Army. I picked up cigars while deployed to Afghanistan from my CO and liked it a lot so I decided to quit smoking cigarettes and instead smoke cigars. I will be moving to SoCal (FT Irwin) this September.

Its great to be here.

usmc-walker - No Im not in theater anymore. I am stationed in Germany which has its perks, CC. But my location is very far from any retailers. Our shoppette sells cigars (Arturo Fuente Cheateau, La Lucia, Brick House, El Baton and Cuesta Rey) So far I cant say that I have a favorite yet as my palette is unrefined and Im still experimenting to see which brand and style I like best. I do smoke one each night. But I have not found one yet that I would enjoy smoking more frequently yet. I am looking for one cigar that would be a daily smoke and then I would have some others for special occasions and what not.

Welcome to the brotherhood. My condolences on Fort Irwin, but while it is in the middle of nowhere, you still have mail-order to look forward to, right?
