Newbie question: rest time

After having a couple cc's while in Canada, I made my first online purchase. A variety of singles to see which ones I like best before I buy a box of something. My question is, how long should they rest before I give them a try? I'm not looking to age them, just get an idea of which ones I like.

Usually 30-45 days for me, but I'm sure most of us have at time not made it that long.

As long as you wait until after you get them out of the parcel, light them up anytime you want. Obviously some rest will help them to acclimate and balance out, but they are combustible immediately.

Well, I guess I have a reason to let most of them rest for month and an excuse to smoke a few now!

i have lit them straight after opening the box. it is not a great thing to do but he i love tobacco especially new shipments.

don't let a bunch of strangers tell you what to do.
just remember to keep Cubans at 60 to 64 % humidity, or they will grow boogers and eat all your peanut butter!
