  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I opened up a box that had been sitting in the Humi about a year. I found a couple of the sticks with cracked wrappers. What is this a sign of?:crying:

Could be lots of things. Wrappers just do that sometimes, could be fluctuation of temps,and or humidity, could have happened during shipping, just a lot of variables. Just get you some pectin and fix them and let them sit, they should be fine.

Or course it could be the dreaded and feared cigar split beetle :bigeyes:

Mine split cause I stepped on a bunch of them this week. No pectin will save these ones. But that was my fault. Sorry to hear about yours.
