Hello everyone. Just thought I would drop a quick note saying Hi. Am pretty much a newbie to cigars as well. Any suggestions for a decent cigar? I know there will be lots of different recommendations as everyone has there own tastes but try and recommend something that isn't too strong but still has a good taste.

As far as reccomendations, just start reading the board...you'll get plenty.

I'm the board light-weight so I would reccomend a Juan Lopez Corona or maybe a Rafael Gonzalez Lonsdale.

Howdy and welcome. For a newbie suggestion, I would go with the El Rey del Mundo Choix Supreme!

Welcome to BOTL. For mild to medium bodied cigars for those new to smoking, I usually recommend Fuentes. Trying different cigars in their line is, I believe, I pretty good way to learn some of your preferences and, since they are typically constructed very well, you don't really need to worry about duds.
