Non Noob Humidity Bead Question

I have never used humidity beads. Always been a boveda/KL guy. My question is how long do the beads last compared to Boveda? Yes I understand you can and how to recharge them but how long does that last? Also how many times can you recharge the beads before they just kinda die and dont hold a charge and break into smaller pieces?

I believe in theory you can use them indefinitely. I'll say I bought 2 lbs 4 years ago and they still work fine.

I have to mist my beads every 6 months in my wineadors. But they look good. Never heard of them having a shelf life. Email the guys a heartfelt beads, they will help you out.
