If you are a non US citizen, are you allowed to bring Cuban cigars into the states? I would think so, but wanted a second opinion. I'm sure you might run into an issue if you had a few boxes.

No, by law they are not allowed to be brought in by anyone, unless they date to pre-embargo in which case they are legal for sale and transport.

Or a Diplomat but that is all legally.
