Yeah, seriously, how can it be easier for teenagers to get cigarettes online? Most retailers require a credit card, and to get a credit card you need to be 18?

That is strange I'm guessing kids using their parents credit cards without their permission though come to think of it any one can get a credit card these days I remember a few years back CNN covered a story where a 2 year old was issued one.

you can get a debit/credit card at 16 with a parent cosigner.......i had one at that age
