  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Now THAT'S Customer Service!

So I have two Otter Boxes, a model#500 and model#3500. The 3500 the smaller one had part of the lid crack off, right where the latch attaches. So I contacted the company via e-mail and got a response back from Natascha within 5 minutes. I wrote again and explained to her exactly what happened and in her next reply (about 30 seconds after I sent my e-mail) I get another reply from her saying she was going to replace my case free o' charge as they have a lifetime warranty, which I didn't know, all she needed was the color of my Otter, my address and phone number. I sent that information to her, and again, within ONE FREAKIN' MINUTE I got another e-mail with delivery confirmation and the box is being shipped TODAY!

Conclusion, folks, no matter what vendor you use, Otter Box is a stand up company and I give them my seal of approval! And their American made!
