  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

All the years that I have been smoking cigars on and off and I have never written a review. I guess I never had a reason. Anyway, away we go...

I do not know where or when I acquired this cigar. It is a total mystery to me. It came from a bovedafied(new word) ziploc that I keep singles of cigars that I know nothing about in. Anyway, it has a nice presentation as you can see from the iPhone pic. Smells like barnyard with notes of chocolate. Perfect wrap and feel.

Do you really care what I used to cut and light the cigar with? If so, colibri torch with integrated punch.

Pepper on opening completely disappears after three draws. I am left with a smooth tobacco taste with chocolate undertones.

I would write about the second and
third thirds of the cigar but I won't for 2 reasons. First is due to this particular cigar. It did not change from the third draw to the end.

Second is because I don't believe in dividing my review that way. My cigars do not smoke in thirds and I think that taste changes and burn issues should be reported as they occur. Oh, there is a third reason; I want to be different.

This cigar is a mild, perhaps mid mild to medium smooth Maduro. I did some googling and find that it goes for under $3 per cigar. I think it is a good price for what this cigar has. Good chillin' cigar.

I got a fiver of AR lanceros a while back for cheap and have enjoyed those as well. Good for what they are and what they cost. :)
