  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

It really does stand on the ash like in the pics, haha. this was my first nub. overall, very impressed! the habano was not as spicy as i thought it would be. i got some nice nutty coffee-bean nuances in the inhaled smoke, and the finish was increasingly peppery...very good smoke!

I like the NUBs. There is a high degree of "hype," for sure, but they're still good smokes. I'm REALLY looking forward to the Cain F NUB!

I started with the Habano but really fell in love with the Maduro.

Just like Nate, I really want to try a Cain F Nub! :cbig:

I agree with the whole lot of ya; I too, enjoy the Nub Habano. Spicy and delicious.

I have the Maduro version resting in the ol' humidor as we speak. Perhaps I'll spark that up soon.

I have only tried the Conny and Maduro so far. I have two of each resting in my humi though, and am now tempted to take a Habano out on the town tonight. I LOVED the Maduro, and enjoyed the Connecticut, especially since I haven't really found a Connecticut that has impressed me really in my limited time smoking (about a month now)

Also have to try standing one on the ash some day :smokingco

Mmmmm... I love me some Nubs too. I really like them all... Very good stuff

How's this for a NubStand? Fired up this one while watching UFC 111 this past weekend. Yummy!

Was getting pretty warm, but I tried to smoke it even further... the ash does finally fall. :) I think I heard it thump when it hit the ground!

Great review and spot on. I got the same results when I had one. I'm not a huge Nub fan only because it feels uncomfortable to me. That being said I've tried all of them and the Habano was I think the best.

These cigars are really good! i really like them and they feel great in your hand. I bet we will see more and more folks make this style of cigar in the near future.

Nearly done with the one I am smoking curtsy of my friend Cateacher. Have to agree with everything said. A gobstopper of a cigar and quite powerful too.

Flavors: nutty, coffee and unsweetened cocoa powder

All in all, a cigar worthy of a place in my NC humidor

Cool review. I remember the first time I had my first Nub Habano. Wasn't such a good idea to smoke THAT one in front of your best friend (a guy). I just didn't feel right... I wonder, hahahaha.
