Oblivious while rolling

I would like to watch videos while I roll but find it takes all my attention while doing it. I will have something playing in front of me and and hours will go by then I notice I have no idea what was said. Anyone else find this?

I don't think it's just while you are rolling. Most of the time I can watch tv and 30 minutes later my wife will ask what I've been watching and I have no idea. Unless of course it's Halle Berry in the Caesar's commercial and then I still have no idea

I go with the guitar because Robin, my budgie, prefers plucked instruments. Makes her cheep.
