OC / SoCal herf spots?

Basically: I'm hoping to find some spots in OC that I can smoke a cigar...
-without having to pay a cover and,
-where I can bring my own sticks and,
-hopefully I can get drinks there.

I occasionally visit OC(namely Lake Forest, Irvine, Newport) and I only know of 2 places that meets the criteria above. There has to be more spots in all of OC then that.

The Winery Restaurant in Tustin is cigar friendly and has an outdoor patio and an amazing wine list. The owners and staff are terrific people who will treat you right.
