BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Ray Cook Silver Ray mallet with three ounces of lead tape just to make it heavier at the head.

I had a SC very similar to that right before the B60 (but it had a stainless finish)...I commited a sin and pulled it out of my trunk to put a big box into it after work. Needless to say...forgot to put it back in and went back into work. By the time I rememberd...some jerk off already swipped it. It was used and not in new condition...but who would still do something like that? I just hope it is being put to good use.
People are assholes. I don't even leave my putter in my bag when I go into the pro shop.
had a SC newport 2 but gave it to a buddy cuz i couldnt make a 3ft putt! was a little bent cuz we played 1 club w only our putters one day after work...could hit that thing 260yds not joking! now im using a never compromise that i cut down to 32"
Lot of fancy putters, i use an old ping that i bought used at my golf shop. not much to look at but haven't missed a 3ft yet.
Yeah, I cut my Cat Classic down an inch from 34 to 33. My daughter games my Pro Platinum Newport and has the 2008 US OPEN sunshine cover.

I am using a Daiwa DG-245 that I have had for 12+ years, I have tried to switch putters many times and always come back to old faithful. In that time I have been through multiple sets of clubs but the putter has been an "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" type of thing.
I have had all the Camerons. I am currently locked into a Odyssey Black 1/2 mallet. Same one Mickelson uses. I love it. I have had alighnment issues for the last year or so. I think the eyes are getting a little old.

I use a Bettinardi SB-2 DASS Tour Exempt (same as the BB-18 w/o the insert).
I have about 8 Bettinardis and a couple Scottys.....
when I play up north on bentgrass I use a Bettinardi JAM w/ Fit face...It's lighter and gets a better roll on slick greens.

me, i too use a scotty cameron, one of the newport series.
before that it was the Ping B60...which my wife sold for $1 along with my first set of clubs. :cursing:
needless to say i was pissed with a capital PISSED!!!
I've only had 4 putters my entire life.
1st was an old "Billy Baroo" that my grandfather gave me
2nd was a Ping that I won in a tournament.
3rd was a 2 ball which I put a belly shaft in (the best putter inside 15') a playing partner borrowed it and ran it over.:boxing: I sent it in twice to be re-shafted and they fimally sent me........
4th is the 3 ball with 36" shaft that you will have to pry from my cold dead hands.
If any of you have a center shafted 2 ball I have stuff to trade.
