  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Construction of this cigar is amazing, even with the perfecto shape the cigar had an easy draw from start to finish. The wrapper had the smooth oily look of a Sun-Grown cigar with a hint of cedar in the aroma. It started out with a bit of a grassy flavor that wasn’t unenjoyable, but not exactly desirable. This lasted only for a few minutes, and as the cigar warmed up it took on some richer flavors. Coffee, leather and cedar stays consistent throughout the cigar while other spices come and go through the course of the smoke. Normally the leathery flavor isn’t my favorite, but the cedar, pepper, and touch of cinnamon complimented it nicely. The ash was nice and firm and even at two inches, I couldn’t shake it free. It ended nicely with a warm spicy flavor that didn’t leave any bitterness or bad after taste in my mouth.

This is a summary, the full Serie O Review.

I have on of these in my desktop that I'm saving for a short smoke sometime soon. I like checking out cigars that have a cool shape to them and Oliva offers plenty of unique shpes and sizes. I've yet to meet an Oliva i didn't like. Nice review.

I tried a "petit" perfecto once and was just as you described, but in a smaller package. The ash even remained with the figurado shape!! amazing little puppy
