Ok, this is my first ever review, so bear with me.
Pre-Light: Nice smooth, chocolate brown wrapper, almost no veins. I immediately detected a lovely cinnamon note on the nose.
1st Third: Cinnamon sugar dominated the first third, yet was still balanced. I was very surprised at this since I was expecting this Nicaraguan to taste much like a PAM.
2nd Third: Leather and a little spice came through on the second third. Complex yet still balanced and very pleasing.
Last Third: Spice dominated the last third, coming through more than the cinnamon. I have to say the last third was my least favorite.
Overall this was a great cigar. The cinnamon and leather worked well for me. I think this cigar would pair well with a brown spirit like cognac that has that same sweet cinnamon, leathery character.
