After a long absence, I'm trying to get back on the forums a bit.
I don't smoke as much as I did prior to my MDS diagnosis but I do light up once in awhile.
The other day it was unseasonably warm and my wife went out on the back deck for a glass of wine and one of her favorite small cigars. i decided to join her and grabbed a pipe and an unopened tin of Dun hill Early Morning Pipe. Packed and lit I settled in for some pleasant conversation, nice music and warm sun. 15 minutes later the sun went behind the clouds and it started getting cool. 10 minutes after that it was getting a little unpleasant so I dumped what was left of the tobacco in the ashtray, gave the back of the Pipe a good thump to make sure it was empty and we went back inside.
I told my wife that I might have just dumped 50 cents of tobacco, and if I had lit a cigar I'd be pissed at losing $5 bucks or more of smoke.
The economy of Pipe smoking, gotta love it.
