Oust Fan Alternative

Greetings BOTL!
I need some advice. I loved the Oust fans back in the day but these days they are going for a lot more than the 8 USD. Has anyone seen another product to fill the gap these fans left? I know most say run computer fans but I'm looking for something that doesn't require running wires into my coolers.
Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Xikar makes a humifan but they aren’t real cheap and the batteries have to be changed about once a month.
